Hot Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in water until tender.
  2. Peel and slice while still hot.
  3. Heat bacon in skillet.
  4. Add onion, celery, pickle and saute until brown.
  5. In a small saucepan; heat water, vinegar, salt, sugar, paprika, and mustard to boiling.
  6. Pour into skillet.
  7. Add potatoes and serve at once.
  8. Top with chopped parsley.
