Hot Potato Salad
- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup chopped celery
- 1 dill pickle, chopped
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- Cook potatoes in water until tender.
- Peel and slice while still hot.
- Heat bacon in skillet.
- Add onion, celery, pickle and saute until brown.
- In a small saucepan; heat water, vinegar, salt, sugar, paprika, and mustard to boiling.
- Pour into skillet.
- Add potatoes and serve at once.
- Top with chopped parsley.
