Cindy's Cornbread Casserole
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 14 cup margarine
- Preheat oven to 375.
- While preheating, place butter in 8x8 baking dish to melt.
- Mix ingredients and pour in baking dish with melted butter.
- Bake 30 minutes or until top is crusty.
- For a 9x13 dish, double recipe.
