Double-Bean Skillet
- 2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 large red onion, cut in half, then sliced
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook green beans in boiling water 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet 5 min.
- or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 3 Tbsp.
- drippings in skillet.
- Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 2 min.
- Stir in green and black beans; cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to platter; top with bacon and Parmesan.
