Polynesian Fish
- 3 lb. halibut or cod (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- 2/3 c. frozen cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. tiny cooked shrimp
- Skin, bone and cut fish into 6 serving size pieces.
- Place in greased baking dish; pour lime juice on top of fish.
- Allow to marinate a few minutes on each side; discard juice.
- Pour on melted butter and seasoning.
- Broil for 10 minutes, about 4 inches from heat, basting once with butter.
- Remove from heat; baste again with pan juices.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
- Combine the soup and sour cream; spoon on each piece of fish.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes; garnish with onion and shrimp.
