Thai Dip
- 1/2 cups Lightly Salted Peanuts Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sliced Green Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
- 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Water Chesnuts, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 23 cups Carrots, Shredded
- 1 jar Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- Mix everything together, except the cream cheese and sweet & sour sauce.
- Mold cream cheese in desired shape and spread the mixture on top.
- Pour sweet & sour sauce on top.
- Serve with fried noodles.
- *Buy fried noodles at your local Chinese restaurant.
