Easy Chili Sauce

  1. Scald, peel, core and crush tomatoes.
  2. Add all ingredients together in a large, heavy pot.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Spoon into hot, sterile jars and seal/process according to manufacturer's directions or with wax. Makes about 12 quarts.
