Terrys wild ass chicken chili
- 2 cup quinoa
- 3 lb ground chicken
- 2 can 15 oz ranch style beans
- 2 can 15 oz kidney bean
- 4 oz hot picante sauce
- 6 can 32 oz crushed tomato
- 1 can 10 oz diced tomato w/ green chile
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 bunch celery
- 3 green peppers
- 2 medium yellow onion
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt, pepper, chili powder to taste
- brown chicken
- sweat onion, green pepper, celery and garlic
- add chicken to celery mixture
- add everything but quinoa and kidney beans cook for 11/2 hours
- add quinoa and kidney bean cook additonal 30 minutes..
- eat that shit!!
