Citrus Rice Salad

  1. Combine orange sections, rice, 1/4 ounce almonds, onion, bell pepper and raisins.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In small bowl, combine orange juice, vinegar, lime juice, oil, orange peel and white pepper. Pour over rice mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with rest of almonds.
