Turkey Burgers

  1. Preheat your grill.
  2. Mix the patty ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Fry up a small peice of the burger mixture and once its done, check to see if you need to adjust your seasonings.
  4. Form your turkey burger mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  5. Slice zucchini into very thin strips lengthwise.
  6. Lightly salt the zucchini slices and let them sit on a paper towel to draw the water out.
  7. Grill the burgers on medium heat for about 7-9 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  8. When the burgers are about 2 minutes away from being done, top with provolone and put the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  9. Place a patty on each bun, spread 1/2 a tablespoon of the pesto on each top bun.
  10. Top the patties with a slice of grilled zucchini and a small bunch of spinach.
  11. Enjoy!
