Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 fryer or hen
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. long spaghetti
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (dry)
- salt
- pepper
- Cook fryer (save broth).
- Debone and let cool.
- Brown bell pepper, onions, pimento and mushrooms in butter.
- Boil spaghetti in broth (save broth again).
- Pour cooked spaghetti in large, shallow pan.
- Add sauteed ingredients and tomatoes (which have been cut up).
- Mix.
- Add enough broth until juicy.
- Sprinkle with spaghetti sauce mix.
- Add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
- Makes a large 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Can be frozen very well.
