Spicy Szechuan Noodles

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Set in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to noodles and toss well.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. This salad can be made a few days ahead of serving time.
