Sue's Peanut Butter Cookies

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup Karo syrup
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 6 cups Special K cereal
• 6 ounces butterscotch chips, melted
• 16 ounces chocolate chips, melted

1. Cook sugar and Karo syrup until a rolling boil.

3. emove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
4. Pour over cereal.
5. Pat in bottom of pan.
6. Spread butterscotch morsels on top.
7. Spread a final layer of chocolate chips on top.
