Cheesecake Parfaits

  1. In medium bowl, combine pudding mix, cream, milk, and sour cream.
  2. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
  4. In individual serving dishes, layer pudding mixture, vanilla wafers, and raspberries.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with raspberries, serve immediately.
  6. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
