Party Time Sausage Cheese Balls

• 2 lbs pork sausage (I like Jimmy Dean)
• 12 cup finely chopped onion
• 12 cup finely chopped celery
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder
• 24 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 3 cups biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Form into 1 inch balls.
4. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
