Pork Chops With Apples and Stuffing
- 1 (6 ounce) packagestove top chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
- Heat oven to 375.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Spread pie filling in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, top with the chops and the stuffing.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 30 min, uncover and bake and additional 10 min or until the chops are cooked through.
