Gluten-Free Sponge

  1. Beat eggs in small bowl with electric mixer until thick and creamy.
  2. Add sugar bit by bit, beating at each addition until sugar dissolves.
  3. Sift cornflour and fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Bake in oven for around 20 minutes 160/180C or until slightly browned.
