Farrah Fawcett's Pecan Pie

• 1 cup corn syrup, light
• 3 large eggs slightly beaten
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melt
• 1 cup pecan halves
• 1 each pie shell (9 inch)

1. Mix all ingredients for filling and add pecans last.
2. Pour into pie shell.
3. Bake at 400F (200C).
4. for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
