Christmas Morning Casserole

  1. Cook grits and brown ground sausage.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a 9X13 GREASED pan.
  3. Sprinkle top with cheese.
  4. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Will bubble.
  5. If make and refrigerate the day before, it may take a little bit longer to cook.
  6. It will be cooked by it not being watery, instead it will be jiggly.
  7. Note: I do not sprinkle cheese on top of casserole.
