Lemon-Simmered Chicken Tenders

  1. Coat the chicken tenders with katakuriko.
  2. Dust off the excess.
  3. Add a generous amount of oil to a frying pan and fry.
  4. Be sure to brown both sides.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
  6. Add the "A" ingredients to the same frying pan and bring to a gentle boil.
  7. Return the chicken tenders and heat while basting with the sauce.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate and it's complete.
  9. I recommend cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  10. These work great in a bento lunch box!
