Sonoma Fog Vinotini

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 3/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• Ice WineLime Froth
• 1-inch-wide wedge of pink grapefruit

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Carefully top with the Ice WineLime Froth and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
