Scrambled Eggs

  1. Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  2. Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; scramble until eggs are cooked through.
  3. Serve each person 1/4 of the eggs with 2 slices of toast evenly spread with margarine and jelly.
  4. Complement each serving with 3/4 cup grapes.
  5. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with their breakfast.
