Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Have a 3-qt shallow baking dish ready.
  3. Whisk pudding mix and milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes, or until throughly blended.
  4. Cut croissants in 1-in.
  5. pieces.
  6. Arrange in a prepared baking dish.
  7. Pour pudding mixture over croissants, pushing pieces into the liquid.
  8. Bake 50 minutes, or until bubble around the edges and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.
  10. If desired, dust top with powdered sugar.
