Sweet & Sour Sauce (for meat)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thickened.
  2. Suggested use: cut up a pork roast into 1" chunks.
  3. Fry in a pan to brown the meat.
  4. Place the meat in a casserole dish.
  5. Cut up green pepper and onions into 1" chunks and place in dish.
  6. I sometimes add carrots.
  7. Pour the thickened sweet& sour sauce over all and bake@ 350 deg.
  8. F for about 1 hr.
  9. Amounts for these items are up to you.
  10. Serve over rice.
