Fall Fashioned

  1. Stir the apple brandy, apple liqueur, Averna, bitters and Cinnamon Demerara over ice in a cocktail shaker until chilled.
  2. Strain into an iced double rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with brandied cherries.
  4. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Yield: 1/4 cup
