Authentic!! Soft Almond Tofu from Kanten

  1. Put the almond powder in a pot.
  2. Without heating, slowly add water while mixing.
  3. Dissolve well.
  4. Add ingredients and heat on medium while mixing.
  5. Don't let it become thick.
  6. Add milk and continue mixing.
  7. Stop it just before boiling.
  8. Strain the mixture from Step 2, and transfer into containers of your choice.
  9. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  10. Once it's hardened, it's complete.
