Chocolate Chip Nut Pie Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
- 6 ounce. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts, coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. raisins, optional
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in Large eggs and vanilla.
- Add in flour and blend till smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and raisins.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 60 min or possibly till center is set and top is golden brown.
- Cold at least 1/2 hour before serving, but is best while still hot.
- Serve with ice cream or possibly Cold Whip.
