Personal Veggie Pizzas
- 1 can (340 g) refrigerated country biscuits
- 1 can (7.5 fl oz/213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/2 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green peppers
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Press 2 biscuits together; shape into 5-inch round and place on baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Spread crusts with pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan, shredded cheese and vegetables.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until edges of crusts are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
