Pork And Sauerkraut (Crockpot) Recipe

• 3 or possibly 4 pork chops
• 3 thinly sliced potatoes
• 1 sm. onion, minced
• Salt and pepper
• 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut

1. Layer sliced potatoes and onion in crockpot.
2. Pour sauerkraut over potatoes and onion.
3. Place pork chops on top of mix and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook on low 8 to 10 hrs.
