Live Chocolate Mousse
- 3 Hass avocadoes (2 cups mashed)
- 14 cup raw agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
- 14 cup raw cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons raw almond butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg or 1 pinch cardamom
- 12 teaspoon flavoring such as mint, cherry, orange, almond, hazelnut (optional) or 12 teaspoon coffee (optional)
- Puree all ingredients in food processor 3 to 4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally.
- Transfer to bowls, and serve immediately.
