Bean and Bacon Salad

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain, cool and crumble bacon; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise and white sugar.
  4. In another bowl mix bacon, kidney beans, cabbage, celery, parsley and onion together, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour mayo dressing mixture over vegetables and toss to coat.
  6. Chill 1 hour before serving.
