Veggie Pizza
- 1 roll Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped dry dill weed
- chopped vegetables of your choice
- grated cheese (your choice)
- chopped pimento
- 2 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms* (about 5 oz.)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- *Substitute 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces for the fresh mushrooms.
