Shrimp Or Fish Batter Recipe

• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 c. water
• Dash of Old Bay seasoning

1. Combine all in a blender.
2. This thickens slightly as it sits.
3. Use to douse peeled fresh shrimp or possibly fish fillets then deep fat fry.
