Classic Pasta Skillet
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups rotini pasta or other small shaped pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Add pasta sauce and 2 cups water; mix well.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low.
- Stir in pasta.
- Cover; cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese.
- Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese; cover.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
