Classic Pasta Skillet

  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Add pasta sauce and 2 cups water; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Stir in pasta.
  5. Cover; cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in ricotta cheese.
  7. Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese; cover.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
