Turkey Meatballs In Lemon Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine egg, cereal, Worcestershire sauce and lemon peel.
  2. Add in turkey; mix well.
  3. Shape into 8 balls using about 1/4 c. mix for each.
  4. Brown meatballs on all sides in warm oil; drain off fat.
  5. Add in broth.
  6. Cover and simmer 20 min.
  7. Use a slotted spoon to transfer meatballs to a serving dish, reserving juices in skillet.
  8. Cover meatballs and keep hot.
  9. For sauce: Combine yogurt, cornstarch and lemon juice; add in to the reserved juices in the skillet.
  10. Cook and stir till mix is thickened and bubbly.
  11. Cook and stir 2 min more.
  12. Add in carrots and onion.
  13. Serve sauce over meatballs.
  14. Makes 4 servings.
  15. 251 calories each.
