Peppered Steaks with Parmesan Potatoes
- 4 trim steaks (fillet, sirloin or scotch)
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon peppercorn medley, freshly ground
- Seasonal vegetables or salad, to serve
- Marinate the steaks in the dressing for 1 hour or overnight.
- Thinly slice potatoes 5 mm apart in a downwards direction, 3/4 of the way through.
- Toss in oil and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and cook a further 15 minutes until tender and golden.
- Press pepper into each side of the steaks.
- Grill or panfry over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side, or until done to your liking.
- Serve steaks with potatoes and vegetables or salad.
