Peppered Steaks with Parmesan Potatoes

  1. Marinate the steaks in the dressing for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Thinly slice potatoes 5 mm apart in a downwards direction, 3/4 of the way through.
  3. Toss in oil and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and cook a further 15 minutes until tender and golden.
  5. Press pepper into each side of the steaks.
  6. Grill or panfry over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side, or until done to your liking.
  7. Serve steaks with potatoes and vegetables or salad.
