Broccoli And Swiss Bake Recipe
- 8 c. Broccoli flowerets
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- Preparation Time: 0:30
- In a saucepan, cookbroccoli till crisp-tender; drain and set aside.
- In another saucepan, heat butter; add in flour.
- Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
- Stir in onion.
- Gradually add in lowfat milk; bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat; stir in cheese, Large eggs and broccoli.
- Pour into a greased 2 quart.
- baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 30 min.
