Pork Chop, Stuffing and Apple Bake

  1. Season pork chops with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Brown pork chops lightly in skillet.
  3. Prepare stuffing as per package directions.
  4. Grease a large casserole dish.
  5. Spread pie filling at the bottom of dish.
  6. Spread stuffing over pie filling.
  7. Nestle pork chops down into stuffing.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until pork chops are done.
  9. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
