Whole Grain Croutons

  1. Preheat oven to 350F .
  2. Cut crusts off breas; cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Finely grate cheese.
  4. Toss bread cubes with butter to coat; add cheese and toss until well combined.
  5. Spread bread cubes in a large pan
  6. (for me it comes out better when made using a stone).
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Serve!
