Delightful Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks and Garlic Shoots Sauteed in Butter

  1. Combine the mirin and miso.
  2. Cut the chikuwa and garlic shoots into bite sizes.
  3. After sauteing the garlic shoots in a bit of vegetable oil, add butter and saute the chikuwa.
  4. Add the mirin and miso mixture toss the ingredients together, then serve.
