Cajun Angels Recipe

  1. Wrap each shrimp in a slice of baon and secure with toothpick.
  2. Skewer six shrimp on each bamboo skewer and dredge the skewers in the spices.
  3. Lightly coat a cast-iron skillet with oil and heat until almost smoking.
  4. Lay skewers in pan and cook for 2 to 3 min per side.
  5. Bacon will be soft but cooked and shrimp will be pink.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings;
  7. Comments: Be sure you have good ventillation when you cook.
  8. The spices may cause burning eyes and throat.
  9. Avoid breathing in the spices and smoke.
