Sweet and Tangy Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix egg and milk until egg is incorporated.
  2. Mix egg mixture into ground beef along with salt and pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of flour to start.
  3. Mix all ingrediets until meat will form meatballs without falling apart, adding more flour if needed to achieve the right texture.
  4. Form 1-inch meatballs and place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
  6. Place meatballs in a large skillet add salsa, grape jelly and Sriracha.
  7. Do not stir.
  8. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. When sauce is incorporated, you can stir gently to immerse meatballs.
  10. Serve with hot rice or potatoes.
