Sweet and Tangy Meatballs
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 pounds Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Flour, Or As Needed
- 2 cups Jarred Salsa
- 1 cup Grape Jelly
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix egg and milk until egg is incorporated.
- Mix egg mixture into ground beef along with salt and pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of flour to start.
- Mix all ingrediets until meat will form meatballs without falling apart, adding more flour if needed to achieve the right texture.
- Form 1-inch meatballs and place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
- Place meatballs in a large skillet add salsa, grape jelly and Sriracha.
- Do not stir.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- When sauce is incorporated, you can stir gently to immerse meatballs.
- Serve with hot rice or potatoes.
