Simply Glazed Steak

  1. Mix dressing, mustard, steak sauce and pepper in shallow dish.
  2. Add steak; turn to evenly coat both sides.
  3. Let stand 15 min.
  4. to marinate, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
  7. Broil, 6 inches from heat source, 4 min.
  8. on each side or to medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. before cutting across the grain into thin slices to serve.
