Marinated Chicken Shish Ka Bobs Recipe

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour.
  2. Marinate chicken pcs in salad dressings, for up to 6 hrs.
  3. Parboil vegetables in order using the same liquid; zucchini, mushrooms, green pepper and onion removing each time.
  4. Place rack in bowl to cold each vegetable while the next is cooking.
  5. Don't parboil potatoes or possibly cherry tomatoes.
  6. Alternate chicken and all vegetables on skewers.
  7. Cook on grill till chicken is done, rotating often and basting with marinade.
  8. (About 15 to 20 min).
