Marinated Chicken Shish Ka Bobs Recipe
- Chicken breast, boned and cut in bite size pcs
- Wooden skewers
- Zucchini, cut in bite size pcs
- Whole mushrooms
- 1 can small whole potatoes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Onion, cut in bite size pcs
- Green pepper, cut in bite size pcs
- 1 pt. Zesty Italian dressing
- 2 pt. Catalina dressing
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour.
- Marinate chicken pcs in salad dressings, for up to 6 hrs.
- Parboil vegetables in order using the same liquid; zucchini, mushrooms, green pepper and onion removing each time.
- Place rack in bowl to cold each vegetable while the next is cooking.
- Don't parboil potatoes or possibly cherry tomatoes.
- Alternate chicken and all vegetables on skewers.
- Cook on grill till chicken is done, rotating often and basting with marinade.
- (About 15 to 20 min).
