Black and White Brownies
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- Cream shortening and sugar in large bowl.
- add eggs one at a time.
- blend in other ingredients except chocolate.
- divide mixture in half.
- to one half of mixture add melted chocolate.
- grease a 9x13 pan .
- spread chocolate on bottom and vanilla on top.
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
