Cream of Pecan Soup

  1. Melt butter; add onion and saute 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in flour and broth.
  3. Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes longer.
  5. Serve with mint.
