Chicken Piccata

  1. Coat chicken with flour.
  2. In a large skillet heat butter and garlic.
  3. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and tender.
  4. Add wine,lemon juice and boullion cube in water.
  5. Heat to boiling, 3-5 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in capers and parsley.
