Mongolian Beef Recipe

  1. Marinade 30 min.
  2. Using wok, pour 1/4 to 1/3 c. peanut oil.
  3. When oil is warm, add in chili peppers and ginger root.
  4. When ginger root and peppers turn brown, remove from pan.
  5. Stir fry meat.
  6. Save extra juice from marinade.
  7. Set aside meat.
  8. Stir fry onions and green onions.
  9. Add in extra juice and meat.
  10. Stir together well.
  11. Serve warm with rice or possibly over bed of fried bean thread.
