Storing Parsley
- 1 as much (to taste) Fresh parsley
- Wash the parsley and dry really well.
- Put it back in the bag it came in and leave in the freezer for one night.
- When it is frozen...just take the bag...and massage it.
- When it has broken up enough to your liking, place it all in a sterilised container and return to the freezer...
- The colour should still be bright after 3 months.
- Just take it out when you want to use it, and put it back in the freezer...
- If you don't like the stems, just discard them.
