Hot Peppermint Mocha

  1. HEAT Coffee-mate, morsels and water in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot and chocolate is melted.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour into mugs; top with whipped cream.
  4. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or baking cocoa and garnish with candy cane, if desired.
