Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe

• 4 x brownies
• 1 pt vanilla ice cream
• 4 Tbsp. chocolate sauce
• 4 x cigarette cookies
• 1/2 c. raspberries
• 4 x mint sprigs

1. Place brownies in the center of 4 plates.
2. Top each brownie with a scoop of ice cream.
3. Drizzle chocolate sauce over ice cream.
4. Garnish with cookies, raspberries and mint sprigs.
5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
